Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapFantasy mobile application and the website at fantasy.snapcollectibles.com (together, the “Service”), published by Snap Collectibles (“we,” “us”).

Effective date: September 2, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SnapFantasy is

SnapFantasy is a personal fantasy sports assistant (NFL-first). It is not a league host, broker, gambling operator, or guaranteed-win product. You continue to use Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, or another host as the room. SnapFantasy recommends; you execute in the host.

Sleeper’s public API is read-only. We cannot set your lineups, place waiver claims, propose trades, or make draft picks on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App Store / Google Play in your region and able to form a contract. The Service is not directed at children under 13.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SnapFantasy on devices you own or control, for your own fantasy management. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where the law allows), resell, or run SnapFantasy as a commercial service for others without our written permission.

Lineup, FAAB, trade, draft, and related outputs are informational. Fantasy outcomes are uncertain. We do not guarantee wins, profits, or accuracy.SnapFantasy is not financial, legal, or gambling advice. You decide what to submit in the host app.

6. Third-party services

Sleeper, OpenRouter, FantasyPros, Yahoo, Google, Apple, and other providers are independent. Their terms apply to their services. We are not liable for outages, API changes, or data those providers return.

7. Intellectual property

SnapFantasy, the site, and related marks are owned by Snap Collectibles or its licensors. Host names (Sleeper, Yahoo, FantasyPros, Draft Wizard, and others) are trademarks of their owners. Use here is for identification only.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Our privacy choices page explains deletion and controls.

9. Stores and billing

If you download SnapFantasy from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store’s terms also apply. Optional AI usage is billed by OpenRouter (or the provider you configure), not as a required SnapFantasy subscription unless we later say so in the store listing.

For apps obtained through Apple: you acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation; any claims are between you and us, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that recommendations will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Snap Collectibles AND ITS PEOPLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST WINS, LOST FAAB, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (EXCLUDING AMOUNTS YOU PAID THIRD PARTIES SUCH AS OPENROUTER).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Snap Collectibles against claims arising from your use of the Service, your league conduct, or your violation of these Terms or third-party terms.

13. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We may stop offering the app. You may stop using it and uninstall at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. Courts in that forum may hear disputes, except where applicable law requires local courts for consumers.
