Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Snap Collectibles (“we,” “us”) handles information in the SnapFantasy mobile application and this website.

Effective date: September 2, 2026

1. Who we are

SnapFantasy is a personal fantasy football assistant published by Snap Collectibles. It is not a league host. You keep playing in Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, or another host. We recommend; you act in the host app.

2. Summary

• SnapFantasy is local-first. League data lives on your device (SwiftData).
• We do not create a SnapFantasy cloud account and we do not sell your league graph.
• Sleeper connects with a username only — no Sleeper password.
• Optional keys (OpenRouter, FantasyPros, Yahoo, Gmail) stay in the device Keychain / system credential store.
• AI calls you choose to run are sent to the provider you configure (typically OpenRouter).

3. Information the app stores on your device

Depending on how you use SnapFantasy, the app may store locally:

• Leagues, rosters, matchups, FAAB, draft sessions, and related fantasy data
• Your Sleeper username and cached Sleeper public-API responses
• Lineup, waiver, trade, and learning/decision history you generate in-app
• App settings (risk, models, simple mode, notifications, quiet hours)
• Optional API tokens: OpenRouter, FantasyPros, Yahoo OAuth, Gmail (opt-in)
• Widget / Live Activity / Siri snapshots derived from the above

This on-device store is for operating the app. CloudKit schema is available in the product but is off by default. We do not operate a required SnapFantasy backend that holds your rosters.

4. Information you send to third parties through the app

When you use a connected service, that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to the data they receive:

• Sleeper — username and public, read-only API requests (leagues, rosters, matchups, drafts, transactions, trending). We cannot set lineups, place claims, or make picks in Sleeper.
• OpenRouter (optional) — prompts and structured context you generate (lineup, FAAB, chat, agents). You pay that provider. Disable AI or omit a key to keep those calls off.
• FantasyPros (optional) — ranking/ADP overlay if you add a key.
• Yahoo (optional) — OAuth import of leagues you authorize.
• Google / Gmail (optional, opt-in) — a readonly scan of fantasy mail you permit, used only to help import a league.
• Apple or Google — standard OS services (notifications, Live Activities, widgets, App Store / Play billing if used, crash/OS diagnostics you enable at the system level).

5. This website

The marketing site at fantasy.snapcollectibles.com may process:

• Email addresses you submit on the waitlist / support form, used only to contact you about SnapFantasy
• Ordinary hosting logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) from our host (currently Vercel or successor) for security and reliability

We do not sell website analytics profiles or league graphs.

6. How we use information

• To run lineup, wire, draft, Sunday, and related features on your device
• To sync public host data you ask us to import
• To call the AI or ranking provider you configured, when you tap those actions
• To answer support requests you send us
• To operate and secure this website

We do not sell personal information or your league graph.

7. Sharing

We share information only: (a) with providers you connect, as described above; (b) if required by law; (c) with processors who host this website, under contract, for hosting only. We do not share rosters with advertisers.

8. Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. UninstallingSnapFantasy removes the local store from that device. Host data (Sleeper, Yahoo) remains with those services.

Website waitlist emails are kept only as long as needed to run the private beta or until you ask us to delete them.

9. Children

SnapFantasy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is intended for adults who manage fantasy sports leagues.

10. Security

API keys are stored in the platform Keychain / credential store when you add them. Optional biometric lock is available in Settings. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. International users

SnapFantasy is built for personal use. Processing happens on your device and on the third-party services you enable. Website hosting may occur in the United States or the host’s regions.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold (for example a waitlist email). Email support@snapcollectibles.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
